Crop Top & Duster Skirt

This piece began a dress that needed some life breathed into it. The dress was cut in half creating a crop top and skirt. A long elegant chiffon ruffled hem was added for drama. Gathered chiffon was added to the waist of the top and skirt for an updated overall look.  This skirt opens all the way down the front and can be paired with jeans and a leather jacket for fall.
